Refund Policy
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment, with no fee and no questions asked, as long as the domain has not yet been transferred to your own registrar account.
Installment plans
If you pay in three installments, the 7-day window starts from your first payment, the same as any other purchase.
After the window
Once the domain has been transferred to you, or once the 7-day window has passed, payments are non-refundable. The correction and style-change process described in our Terms of Service remains available to address anything you’re unhappy with.
Annual renewal
The $149 annual renewal is not refundable once charged. If you don’t want to renew, decline it when we contact you, or turn off automatic renewal before the charge date.
